Matthew Rouse established rouse lawyers in 2006 having gained considerable expertise with national law firms including Sparke Helmore, Dibbs Abbott Stillman and Clayton Utz.

Our lawyers have acted in all types of legal matters. Our experience ranges from personal services and basic start-up business advice to initial public offerings and billion dollar public company divestments.
