Debt recovery

Often we can achieve payment of debts for clients for very little cost. Through the use of "Letters and Demand", Creditor's statutory demands and default judgements, payment can be extracted quickly. Where matters become defended, we revert to the approach of seeking the best commercially sound outcome for the client.
