Matthew Rouse established Rouse Lawyers in 2006 having gained considerable corporate legal expertise with national law firms including Clayton Utz, Dibbs Barker and Sparke Helmore. Matthew established the firm to provide expert commercial advice on a more intimate level to SME businesses. Matthew is committed to understanding his client’s businesses and being an integral partner in their key decisions and transactions.
Peter Rouse joined the firm in 2008 and is now an integral commercial lawyer within the Rouse Lawyers team.
Kurt Falkenstein is a consultant to the firm. Kurt previously worked with the national law firm Deacons and boutique commercial firm Clarke Dowling. Kurt also holds a number of board and advisory roles within growing SME businesses.
Belinda Pinnow is a lawyer and joined the firm in 2010. Belinda holds a Masters of Laws and previously worked within the compliance and legal teams of Flight Centre Limited.
