Belinda is an integral commercial lawyer within the firm.
Belinda’s practice is focussed on commercial contracts and compliance advice, estate planning, intellectual property and commercial litigation.
She holds both a Bachelors of Laws and Masters of Laws majoring in Commercial Law
Prior to commencing work with Rouse Lawyers, she worked for Flight Centre Limited’s legal compliance department. In this role she gained valuable experience appearing in Courts and Tribunals around Australia.
Belinda is aware of the commercial realities affecting businesses in today’s economic climate and appreciates the need for efficient and client focused service.
She is currently working towards becoming an Accredited Specialist in Business Law.
