In recent months, Rouse Lawyers has made a series of key hires that have significantly increased the capability of the firm in the litigation, intellectual property and technology spaces.

SEBASTIAN CASSIE – TEAM LEADER OF COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

Before joining Rouse Lawyers in 2012, Sebastian was a senior commercial litigation lawyer at some of Australasia’s premier and top tier law firms for over seven years.  Practicing as a commercial litigation lawyer and being promoted to the roles of Associate and Senior Associate within a short time of commencing his legal career, Sebastian has shown a legal competency and maturity that has allowed him to run some of Australia’s largest commercial litigation and class action law suits.

MICHELLE EADIE – TEAM LEADER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Michelle is a consultant to the firm specialising in all areas of intellectual property, advertising and marketing law, including trademarks.  Michelle has extensive experience having been practicing as a lawyer since 1997 and as an intellectual property lawyer since early 1998.  The majority of Michelle’s career was spent in the Sydney office of top tier firm Minter Ellison.
